Played in perfect weather conditions, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Layout was fairly straightforward and manageable if you play from the correct tees. Bad shots will cost you but in most cases, will still give you a chance to recover. Staff was great too. The only downside is the practice facility - i went almost everyday from 5/28-6/1 and never got to hit on the grass (mats only). The practice green was kinda beat up and needs a bit more tlc. Otherwise, this is a great place to play. I highly recommend.

Hampton has always been a favorite of mine --- from the staff, to the views and most especially the golf! Good mix of tight driving holes as well as wide ones. Puts a premium on good driving and iron play. Greens were slower than usual today but pin placements were tough on a few holes. It keeps you interested especially when the wind is blowing. Overall, the course is as beautiful as ever --- will definitely come back!

Got to the course half an hour before my tee time and despite seeing so many people practicing and playing, there was more than adequate parking space. The staff manning the pro shop was very welcoming and helpful. After checking in, he directed me to the practice grounds, where i could get some balls for warming up and the location of the carts. Practice bays were adequate. the starter was very pleasant, and after providing the necessary info, he offered some tips and joked with the group. Teed off from the Blues. The course was in fantastic shape despite the rains in the last few days - a few areas were soggy but very playable. The course provided a good mix of tight and wide holes. Riverpines is not as long as other courses but you have to think your way around it and place your ball in the proper areas, otherwise, you will find yourself in tough spots. The holes are fair - good shots are rewarded and the not so good ones are penalized. The greens were well maintained albeit on the slow side (most likely due to the rains). Overall, I would recommend playing this course. Worth the drive and the $$. I would definitely play it again.

This course is one of the best in the area. Right as you enter the property, you'll know you're in for a wonderful experience. The staff is great - very friendly and accommodating. The course was in fantastic shape despite the rains the 2 previous days. The greens were slower than i expected but understandable due to the weather conditions. Layout was great and difficulty was moderate - as long as you can manage your misses, you'll have a shot to the green. Good shots are rewarded while bad shots, well you can still get away with on some holes - key is manage your misses. Familiarity definitely helps. All in all, this course deserves 5 stars! Course was in great condition. Fairways and greens were maintained well. Layout is straightforward save for a few blind shots. Holes were played with raised cups but as long as you read it right, you'll be good. Best part of the experience was the customer service. They made you feel welcome and at home --- probably best customer service I experienced in the last 6 months. Would definitely come back and highly recommended!

Semi public course but plays more like a private course. Fairways and green rewards good shots but punishes bad ones. This course keeps you thinking. Staff is very friendly and gives you tips on how to make your round more enjoyable. Would definitely play again!

The course has 4 tee box options - black,blue, white, gold - played both white (6100 yds) and blue (6600 yds). Fairways are wide enough if you hit it straight, greens are fairly sized for approach shots. A few greens can be reached with a good drive. Draws and fades needed on some holes to get a better approach shot. Greens are receptive, have subtle undulations, but are a bit on the slower side. Rough is forgiving, bunkers are soft and fluffy. Water hazards are present but not a factor if you know your distances with your clubs. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is very accessible. Excellent course, great value! Will definitely come back on my next visit!
