Flattest Course in NC?

This is your typical retiree course with 5 somes out and about, begrudgingly allowing faster groups (or a single, like myself) to play through. The course is laid out very simply, with holes sharing rough as the course doubles back to minimize the footprint of the golf club. Many straight away holes with few fairway bunkers, smallish greens, and in decent shape for a February round. The bunkers were kept very well, surprisingly, except for the lack of etiquette in the previous golfer(s) not raking them after entering. I imagine in the spring and summer the course is quite picturesque given all the azaleas and trees I saw. Many players were out walking and being so flat and tightly packed, this is a great course to walk. I just was unimpressed with the layout or difficulty even from the tips (which I usually do not play, but yardage wise it was closest to what I do like at 6400 yards). I would not play it again, just because I am not who this course caters to. It is for your walking, retiree, and priced such and kept in ok condition for said price. In NC I like elevation and challenge, and this course is not it.
