Played today and was quite disappointed- pin placements on oversized greens with many undulations were unfair. Fairways were like airport runways (solid) and were in poor condition. I drove 1.15 and would not make that trip again.

Booked in as a 4th for an early round - I was pleasantly surprised at the Conditions of the fairways and greens, however some of the Tbioxes were a bit rough. Considering the time of year, cudos to the staff at BD. I wish people would repair their ball marks on the greens but that’s a common theme at any course I guess. For $50 and a 3/45 round it was good value.

I have played 5 different courses in the last 10 days and this by far was in the best condition.

Fairways were still green and the greens rolled perfect.

I’m sure they have went through a ton of water keeping it up to this standard - well done Grange staff.

My only negative observation was when we went into the parking lot at 6.45am this morning, it was littered with garbage. Not a great welcome to any newbies..

Played it 3 times this year and the course is in great shape. My only complaint was the pace of play was a bit slow on the back 9 holes and we had a 2some behind us that were a bit frustrated, but we had nowhere to go. That’s the way it goes sometimes... enjoy the company and be patient.

First round of the year on a course I play maybe 15-20 rounds a year (Bethesda Grange) Great to see some of the familiar pro shop folks and starters back again... I played in just under 4 hours and never had to wait at a t-box on one single hole, and we were not rushed on any either. Instructions were very clear and made perfect sense in today’s environment. Keep up the great work Rolling Hills team... It’s all gonna be just fine....

Unfortunately the weather has had a huge impact on the course - I play it probably 20 times a year and this is by far the worst I’ve seen it in mid May. Another couple of weeks and it will bounce back to a way better state.

Considering the weather challenges the local courses have faced at the start of the season, the Grange course was in pretty decent shape. Lots of final clean -up of fallen branches and brush was ongoing, but not in any way distracting. The greens and bunkers were in good shape considering. Great value for money at this time of year.

I've played both the Grange and the Challenge courses a bunch this year (15 times easily so far) - I like playing the Challenge but you need to get out early or it's a bit slow for my liking. The greens are in great shape but the bunkers need a little work .. however if you stay out of them you will have no problem.. My only beef really is the T boxes - they are brutal, and have been obviously overplayed. Value for money, it is a great Saturday / Sunday morning walk

Booked a 4sone and this was the first time 3 of us had played the course - thank goodness we had some insight on a few of the holes - thanks Scooter.... we never waited on one single hole, and we're not rushed from behind either - great pace of play, we were done in 4hrs flat. Greens were pretty true and in good condition. Definitely worth every dollar...... we will be back soon..
