Stillwater Oaks Golf Course
Played On 04/13/2017Stillwater oaks golf
I have played here in the past and seems every year same thing over and over, this course not only over books but constantly has players showing up late then they slip those golfers in just happens to end up being your tee time l, there is little to no sand in the bunkers and what is there is horrible. They are always understaffed the fairways never appear to be cut with sharp blades and the course doesn't drain very soggy areas even when there hasn't been rain for awhile. The trees are over grown and there are multiple holes with sticks twigs and other debris on the greens. Decided this last time I would stop in at the turn to grab a bite to eat and also in hopes that might create some sort of space in between their overbook tee times seeing how the group that was late took our tee time and ordered a "cheeseburger" turned out to be a $5.75 microwaved burger with a cold piece of cheese on it, I would have choose a brat but they only had one and the guy I was golfing with got it. I would not recommend this course to anyone I considered a friend or to anyone at all. And if you want to walk the course have fun with that long green to tee walks on most of course. Good luck in the future Stillwater oaks a lot of other courses close by you for the same price.
Chisago Lakes Golf Course
Played On 05/22/2016Poor tee boxes
Tee boxes are uneven, weeds in fairway, sticks and other debris on multiple greens, pace of play was slow backed up every hole waiting for two groups in front of us caused back up behind us to the point the group behind us was hitting into us. I don't think I will return to this course got a "hot deal" price at $25 plus fees per player and feel that is overpriced. Cost is as much as a city course and in worse condition
