Second time playing within 1 week - I guess that tells you it's a good course!!

Great day. Due to medical issues, my husband was my cart driver. I had a great day playing. Not that many out after the storm. I hadn't played since May and it felt good getting back out in to golf-nature.

since we played here - pricing is high. Took advantage of the $25 special. Back 9 is disappointing - too much building going on, distractions.

found the bathroom on hole 15!!! It's hidden behind a fence that looks like it's someone private property!! Heads up Steph, get to know the course!!!

Really dry, had to use irons, once I was able to use my 5 club. Didn't care for that lady, Debby at the desk, kind of terse. She ssaid bathroom was at the 14th hole - N0T!! Got to t he 15th and had to call - she didn't even know where it was,had to asksomeone. FYI - 15th hold behind the blue tee - hidden!!! They need to put a sign up - BATHROOM - with an arrow!!!
Yesterday did turn out to be a good day, I had 6 pars/ 1 birdie and scored 77!!! Usually average between 84-87, on a good day!!

I really like Legends. Challenging and a great course.

Welcome back Legends!! The course basically looked the same. Hole #3 there wasn't the water puddles like before. The greens were fast and there wasn't any give....curve. All your putting shots had to be "straight on". We well be going back, it's a good course, have to get 're-use" to it!!

...seriously needing some tender loving care. Some of the Tee boxe are terrible - over grown and some parts of the fairway need love.

Got a text message on the 3rd hole that a friend had passed away. WH was very snice and gave us a raincheck for another time.

first time directions took us 1 hour. This time, 417 straight to the course was perfect 48 minutes. We will be going back. only disappointment was that the course was aregated(?) and the greens were covered with sand. If I had know this - made reservations over a week agom we would have waited. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Played on 4/21 and the greens were pretty goodf. NOT TODAY! Very lumpy, putting was terrible....ball goes straight to the hole then hits a lump of weeds or a hole and its thrown off course. Will take a break, looking forward to playing back at Legends!!

I had the best day golfing in a long time!! I'm 67 year old female and I have a hard drive. So when it comes to par 3's I have to play further back. Sooooo, on the 17th hole (par 3) I teed from the blue bc the flag on close to the edge of the green - which is unusal, it's usually to the right facing the green. I teed off and my ball hit the first green(dark) bounced and roll right into the hole!!! I HAD A HOLE IN ONE ON THE 17TH. I was cheering, screaming and jumping up and down, my husband was also shocked and added a few "holy s....". What a great round!!!

I really like this course because it's so open/spacious. Only thing is it's 50-60 minute drive from Clermont. Today was slow. People waiting until the green was clear 4 they tee off and then have to look for their ball, so it was a 'WAITING GAME'. I do recommend this course if you are staying/live in the area.

...no bathrooms on the course - the only one was broken due to busted pipe. They should put a port-a-pottie out there because women golf, too! Played with a couple from Michigan, really nice and we laughed alot.

Wasn't impressed. The greens were super fast, too many weird things while putting. Putted the ball right for the hole and last minute the ball would curve, like there was an invisible bump there. Also, 50 minute drive so we won't be going back. One and done!

PS...I did like that they were getting some work done there. Unisex bathroom in the clubhouse. The man at the temporary Pro Shop was very helpful and friendly.

Kings Champ is our favorite course in Lake County. We played with a couple from Kentucky and had great time. The course has been well kept and as always....be will be back!!

Read reviews that said the course has changed, improved and under new management. jToday, we were pleasantly surprised, the course looked really great!! The Tee boxes had no weeds, the fairways were so green and actually nice to look at. We enjoyed playing today and will be back.
