When I started off by myself I didn't see anyone ahead of me, but by the third hole I caught up with two golfers in front of me who were held up by the three some in front of them. I joined the pair but we waited on every hole there after. Not a normal situation on this course, just a slow group.
The weather was great, the company was good so all in all a good day.

This course was a surprise and not a walking course, It is only a nine hole course but changing tee boxes for a second time around will make it look like a whole different course. There are extreme up and down hills and many blind tee shots and second shots. tree lined so hit them straight.
Very fun course to play and I will want to go again, but my long ball hitting son , not so much, lol

The course just reopened after five years being closed and neglected. The weather stayed wet so lots of work couldn't be done, such as fixing tee boxes, reconstructing sand traps and controlling the rough.
As it is now locals and beginners will find it ok, but it will need a couple of years before they should ask more than $1 per hole with cart.

This course was worth the drive from Kissimmee even with all of the traffic lights. I was able to start early with other golfers, which helped keep the pace of play about right since there was a foursome ahead of us. The selection of tees was plentiful. One of our players played from the whites two from the seniors or gold and one from the ladies tee. This did not slow the pace of play at all. The fairways were generous the sand was deep and the greens were somewhat fast. It rained just before I arrived so the first few holes were damp but it dried fast. There was plenty of water to play around but not over. The dry bunkers were hard to locate your ball in so keep it near the fairway and have lots of fun.

I found the layout some what confusing the first day I played, since there is no layout shown either on the course or on the cards. There are several holes where you do not see the green or any trouble. There is sand on the front and water, lots of water on the back with a few forced carry's. I found it enjoyable enough to play again two days later.

I found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They even provided me a book on the course since I was a first time player. A nice plus was if you buy a fountain drink you get free refills,
The eighteenth hole is a forced carry to a tight green so good luck,

Each of the three 9 hole layouts have their own unique challenges. Up and downs streams and lakes and bunkers protecting the greens. The greens, tee boxes and the fairways were all great to play on. The speed of play was good the day I played. As a single it took me seven holes to catch up with a threesome and they were gracious enough to allow me to play through. Good day and a great course made for an excellent day.

i had been eyeing this course for a long time, and it was on a list of courses I wanted to play. From the Hi-way the course looked good, but the fairways you don't see you can"t see. It was hard to distinguish the fairways from the rough and the Tee boxes were just as bad. for a course that has been around as long as this one I expected much better conditions.

This course has a lot of mature trees plenty of water and sand. A small creek winds it's way around and through the course and will sneak up on you if you are not familiar with it. The sand was wet and flooded from a rain but are strategically placed and hides the fairway beyond in places. It was hot and humid the day I played, but it was still fun to play and I will be playing it again soon.
Fall Creek Golf Club
Played On 06/28/2016Tight little course
The course is relatively open, some sand, with large trees bordering the fairways, but usually don't come into play. the course zig zags back and forth and is a little confusing going between holes the first time. many of the greens are blind from the tee and they have false fronts so keeping the ball on the green is part of the challenge.
The biggest complaint is that the course would be very slow on a busy day with balls being played from adjacent fairways. It was a fun course and I will play it again, just not on the weekend or when it is busy.

This is truly a must play course in Sedona. Don't forget your camera as I did and missed some fantastic photos. Locals say the greens break away from the red rock. Oh and bring your sand shovel. there are a lot of serious bunkers, but you will still enjoy the experience.

This course plays long. It is well worth the trip, the views and elevation changes were a lot of fun. A draw back to the course is that the GPS does not show the course layout and there is no layout shown on the score card, and with all of the blind holes, and blind obstacles and dog legs it is hard to know how to play the holes. Sometimes it is just trying to determine what the GPS is describing versus what you can see. I had an all day pass but on this day there was a dust alert and I wasn't able to continue if I had wanted. This was a unique experience in it;s self. All in all it was still a great day

The course was in good condition, maybe a little dry, but mostly all areas were good. Be prepared to make your shots, several blind doglegs and plenty of water. Over all a beautiful course.

Played On 09/07/2015Worst I ever Played
I do believe in 20 years of playing this course was in the worst condition I have ever seen, with maybe this course years ago when they didn't inform me that they had just plugged the course.
This poor review is because the course has lost several of thier greens and fiarways, I don't know it was diseaseto the grasses or what, but you couldn't put on the greens with any confidence, and the fairways were bare or covered with unmown weeds. The roughs were so deep you had to be on top of a ball in order to find it. It is flustrating enough to hit into the rough, but to waste time looking for a ball you know is there and not be able to find it is really bad.
I would not recommend this course for at least two years. If i hadn't used Golfnow and prepaid I would have asked for a refund and played elsewhere. It was that bad.

The weather was in the mid ninties, bright and sunny, little shade. The course was in good codition with the exception of one green whih had been flooded out earlier in yhe season, but was being repaired.
The course plays long and there is alot of elevation change on most holes.

Played On 09/01/2015Don't slice right
The first seven holes parallel the fences on the right. I had been fighting the dreaded right slice all year. It was a good thing I strightened out.
Be aware that there are several holes that are difficult to determine where you are going the first time you play.Be alert for errant shots. I think the course is a little dangerous if it was busy. Tee boxes are very close to greens and to get to the next tee you actually are out in front of it so that if someone on the tee hooked or sliced you could be hit.
I did like the elevation changes, and the next time I play I may score better since I will know where I am going.
Not only was the staff friendly, but many of the patrons were also.

If you play this course be sure that it is after a rain, since the fairways and tee boxes are not watered. The fairways were hard and had big cracks in them from lack of water, so a divot was impossibe. They also had alot of bare spots. The tee boxes were like rock and difficult to place your tees. They do water the greens and they were in very good condition, quick and vayring.
Watch out for the unseen water to the right down the first fairway, for a 200 + yard hitter this will be in play. A creek dividing several fairways requires you to know your distances and play accordingly.
This would be a good course to play if they could water the fairways and tee boxes, but since they can't, I just would not recommend it to my friends.

Played On 08/04/2015First time here
I was surprised at the beauty of this course. I don't think there is a level place on it. Up and down and around. It has several blind holes, can't see the flag from the tee box, which for the first timer is a little challenging. There are only two par 5's, on the back nine, the rest are various length par 3's and 4's. Not much sand or water here, which I liked, but there are still green side grass bunkers to avoid, you just don't see them. For a muny the course is fairly open with some tight green and tee box locations, so stay alert.
With all the rain and having some low areas there was some ground under repair, but it was obvious they take great efforts to keep the course playable.. I was plesed with my experience and will be going back again soon.

Everyone I dealt with at the course was very friendly. I ended up joining a two some on the second nine. The course was in great condition for all of the rain they had been having. This course winds around through a housing addition, but I was impressed by how much room there was for the course. There were very few areas where the houses would hinder most golfers.
I plan to return very soon.
