Very good course. Only drawback is that greens are a bit of a walk from the cart path, which might be a bit of an issue for those with walking issues. Could only get 15 holes in when starting at 1:20. Otherwise a very nice Mid November course.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Course is a basic residential course with some interesting ups and downs. The fairways are a bit worn, and some of the golf carts are a bit run down. It is a moderate value for the money. It has enough challenges to make it worth playing, but course could use some upgrades. Greens were in good condition. Few sand traps, appear to be replaced by grass filled depressions. However, there are sand covered collecting areas that serve as hazards on the fairways.

No GPS on carts makes some of the fairway layout and green approaches a bit of a guess, and carts are gas powered. But in general, this course gives you a great deal for the money and course conditions excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Waited a bit for foursome in front, but it was not extraordinary, but did prompt a complaint from the foursome behind us. The marshall was very diplomatic, and the pro shop was great.

My review starts with the two negatives, because everything else about the course warrants 5 stars. The cart paths are farther from the fairways, tee boxes and greens than I am familiar with. By itself, not a big problem. However, the gps tracked golf carts had an annoying habit of shutting down and requiring.one to reverse (literally) when one approached greens, sand traps and the like. It felt cumbersome regards the flow of our game. Perhaps some kind of ground signage could identify these limits, or the carts could allow one to simply turn a quick circle to leave those areas. Otherwise a really nice challenging but fair course to play.

Par 3 & 4 course at which you can use all your clubs unless you drive the ball 300 yards. Great course to practice iron shots. Course is in real good condition for a course of this price range. Wonderful to walk. Greens are small and in great condition. Staff friendly and are motivated to keep your game moving.

This is always a good course to walk and enjoy the par 3 and par 4 holes that allow you to use every club in your bag. The greeens are in Great shape. Chipping and pitching areas are in pretty good shape. Fairways are becoming a little ratty with spring weeds coming up and meager mix of winter and summer grass.

But course is very playable and a good price, and a nice course to walk if you want to get a little more exercise.

This course continues to be a great value. It is a smaller par 3 and par 4 course, but ample opportunity to use all the clubs in the bag for short and longer holes. This is a very nice course to walk with gentle ups and downs and plenty of path to walk. The course conditions are great, especially with the recent rains. Greens are generous and roll well, though maybe a moderate pace on the stimpmeter. Sand traps are coming along nicely now that the new sand is settling. There was no waiting today. You cannot beat the price for this type of golf course

This is a real gem for Mission Viejo. Great shape for a small municipal course. Easy enough for high handicappers, but enough challenge for better players. Great price. Staff and clubhouse is really nice. A great course to walk in otherwise hilly SoCal. Gentle up and down slopes. Can't beat the price.

Course in great shape. Great value deal. All par 3 and 4's, it does let you use every club in your bag. This is one of the few 18 hole courses that allows an easy walk of the course. They have done a really good job running the course.
Food and drink patio looks really nice.

Course is really shaping up. Great for walking, course conditions improving monthly. Pace of play under control. friendly people and staff. A great opportunity to walk a course with enough challenge to improve your game.

The low price convenience of playing in Mission Viejo can't be beat. Recent improvements in property management make this a very fine course to play. It is easy to walk, with or without a pull cart, but one can use an electric cart for the mild elevation changes. The layout is excellent for this small valley course with long par 3's and par 4's.

They have made improvements to the clubhouse facility and now have outdoor patio seating and the restrooms were remodeled recently.

Course in really good shape. They have done a great job of improving pace of play for the last three times I have played here. Putting green good for practice, though no full shot practice area, and chipping dissuaded.

A very nice course to walk. Cannot beat the price for 18 holes of golf, albeit a par 3 and 4 level course. This is a great place to practice your irons, but you can use your driver on three or four holes as well.

Just two negative issues. I arrived on time to get some practice shots and putting before my round, but the golf carts were coming off so slowly that I had to wait about twenty minutes to get my cart and go directly to the tee box.

There was a veteran charity tent on one hole that let you pay $25 for a chance to win a gift card if you hit and held the green. I contributed, but I found it strange to be confronted by a charity group on the course without some kind of notice beforehand, and being unable to investigate the qualifications of the charity group.

Otherwise, it was a really worthwhile experience and was challenging and playable at the same time.

Pace of play excellent today. Conditions were a solid good. Bar and outdoor patio now open for eating and drinks with good social distance. Sand traps are a bit funky still. Greens in good condition.

This is a fun 18 hole course to play, albeit short , with challenges to the average golfer. The price is an excellent
value. And normally a nice course to walk, although in the middle of August, one might want to think twice about that!

This is one of the three really nice courses in Sedona. Play it and have a good time.

Walked course like usual. Tired at end, mostly cause of having to stand while waiting for one or two groups in front of me to tee off. No control over pace of play on this Friday afternoon. Sand traps were very irregular today as well.

Paid a great price for this level of course. Regular rates seem pretty reasonable. Don't expect to walk this course given lots of ups and downs and distance between greens and tee boxes. Can imagine fairways get very dry in summer. Had to wait for the couple in front of me to clear fairway or greens on most holes, but I was playing as a single. All that being said, this was one of the most pleasant, yet challenging courses around. Lots of ups and downs, big greens, fast greens, plenty of length from the back tees. Good fairway conditions. great greens, plenty of traps, but errant shots not easily lost. Great views. Really had a good time at a reasonable price. highly recommend.

Definitely play this course. Great layout and a good challenge, but can score well on a good day.
