Coyote Run Golf Course
Played On 07/09/2021Tees off at 10:40am on a nice Friday morning and we finished at 3:15p for 4.5 hour round. Greens were great and fast…lots of ball marks which isn’t the courses fault as most of them looked like they were fresh. Fairways were pure and the layout is great. They also have a mixed tee option on the scorecard where you play some blue and some white tees. Bunkers were also in good shape and we’re raked. The rough was fair length but can still be tough for even an advanced player as it’s pretty sticky but adds to the experience. Practice area is an added bonus, great driving range and pitching area. Also has a couple of par 3 practice holes. Cart girl came around 5+ times and had good selection Overall I really love this course and recommend it..

Was the first tee time off at 5:20am. I was surprised that every green had been mowed before getting to it. I expected to have half cut and half not since they have 36 holes to take care of. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all in great shape and were receptive. Greens were rolling about a 9-10 but above the hole they could seem more like 13. The bunkers had a great consistency of sand but unfortunately they were not maintained/raked when I got to them (maybe they did them that day but not by the time I got to them). I played rake and place in the bunker and it was fine. Pro shop staff, Marshall, and grounds crew members were all very friendly. Had a great time and made it around 18 in 2.5 hours as a single in a cart. Will return and recommend playing super early if you can.

Got off right at my tee time at 6:48am. Starter was friendly. I was a single and was paired with 2 other guys. Greens were all in good shape, fairly smooth and rolling about a 10 or 11. Fairways were great. Rough was a bit deep and had a lot of flyer lies but shouldn't be hitting it there anyways. Cart girl found us on about number 14 and was friendly. I really like this track and will be back.

Was a single that joined up with a 3 some. Everything was great. The greens were absolutely slick and wind 25 mph sustained but was 90 degrees so was absolutely worth it. Great challenge.

Played On 10/16/2020Great overall experience
I had 11:20 am tee time and I was able to roll a couple of putts and was off to the races by 11:15. Carts were gas and newer but were very dusty/dirty. No driving range but has a chipping area. The course was in excellent condition! Greens were quick but not unfairly fast. Try to leave yourself uphill putts though. I played the ball down and had no issues. Fairways and collection areas were well maintained. I could see how pace of play could become an issue at this course, though I had no issue. I played through 3 groups and never had to wait to hit. Was able to finish 18 in 2hours as a single. When I finished though there were 2 foursomes waiting on 1 tee and I could foresee their rounds taking around 5 hours since it had become busy by then. Will be back for sure.

Played On 10/14/2020Fun layout
Course is short and kept in great condition. Driving range is nice and he’s putting green right next to first tee. Sometimes pace of play can be slow due to the short nature of the course and the amount of play. I’m a scratch golfer and out of the 3 times I’ve played this course, the fastest I’ve finished 9 holes has been 2 hrs and 20 minutes. Greens are receptive and fairways are in great shape.

Played for the first time yesterday. Im a scratch golfer who just moved to the area and was looking to get out of the apartment for a bit. I found this little 9 hole course outside of the city and walked 9. Tee boxes and fairways looked burned up from the start but I was shocked when I got on the green, they were surprisingly smooth, receptive, and were kept in great shape considering. I believe they were bent greens but I didn’t pay too much attention to it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No practice putting green or driving range but have a small chipping area to warm up. I had the distance to drive maybe 3-4 holes but the greens are fairly small so it makes you be very accurate. Overall I had a good experience and would play again. Walked 9 in about an hour and 15 minutes.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. Thank you for the 4 stars! We aim for a 5-star experience, so we always welcome feedback for improvement. Thank you for playing Odyssey Golf Course.
