Great Course
Definitely a good overseed here! Fairways, tees and greens were great. Sand traps left a lot to be desired. Overall great value and condition. I'll be back soon!

Good for this time of year
For Phoenix this time of year course was in good shape. Recently had quite a bit of rain so the bunkers were not good. Greens were slow but in good shape, fairways were in very good shape.
