Was excited to play Dunegrass. Researched all local course and chose this one. Course in ok shape - no rain so give it a pass for being a bit rough around the edges. Greens and fairways pretty good.

Pace of play was terrible - 2:40 for nine holes so skipped the back. Super tight layout with 8min between tee times is a recipe for loooong rounds.

Too much out of bounds - houses right on course.. Crappy range .Just not a great setup all around.

Not worth the effort or money - I woulld not not go back. Nothing awful, just no a good expereince all around.
