Played On 09/24/2023Fun track , excellent greens!
Had a great time. Paired up early with 3 locals who knew it well. Course was in great shape considering the time of year! A few spots in the fairway but that’s to be expected with the heat. We flew through it in just over 3 hours but weren’t rushing. Excellent time and will return next time I’m in the area.

I love coming out here to play. Staff is always super nice and the track offers plenty of challenges. Greens were rolling better than I ever remembered. Looking forward to coming back!

Got paired up at 6:09 with a really cool local family. Had an absolute blast. Really nice people, really fun course, will definitely be back when I’m in Tempe visiting my son.

I’m always thrilled to be paired with Junior Golfers when I go out. This was a far different experience and I felt more like a babysitter to this kid we got stuck with.. It seems the course is being used as a daycare center for this child. He had zero idea of etiquette, was constantly messing around in the sand traps, never marked a putt - just kept going until it went in. He walked in peoples lines, was constantly cutting in conversations and was absolutely miserable the entire 9 holes. We tried at first to give some direction on etiquette but he wasn’t listening to anyone. He quit after 9 and the rest of the round was glorious in comparison.

Really fun challenging track. Greens are tough but true. Very consistent speed (fast) from green to green.

Left after 9 holes. Was a 3 hour log jam. To be fair , it’s the 1st time it’s happened to me here

Not to any fault of the course , but my round was super slow due to police activity in the area that ended up effecting play. Apparently suspects had fled on to the course
Besides that the course was playing great!

Love this track. Lots of fun, pretty wide open but has its challenges. Greens were rolling great! Fairways a little yellow due to the drought but they were great to hit off. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Sterling Hills Golf Club

Teed off at 7:36 with a good friend. Got paired up with a very nice couple from the South Bay. Had not been there in a while and noticed they put in a new putting green behind the driving range which was nice. Conditions I work great as usual. Greens were rolling well a little slow in the morning dew but they sped up as things heated up. Staff is always extremely nice. The breakfast burrito at the turn was amazing. I’m looking forward to coming back.
