Range closed, restaurant closed, thin grass on tee boxes and fairways, unmowed crap grass in rough, exposed dirt spots on most greens.

They must be having a bad year. Greens are in terrible shape - should be marked Ground Under Repair. Looks like they have no grounds crew. Horrible stench from adjacent sewer lagoon. No-see-ums by the ton. Have played 107 public courses in WA, this one's in the bottom 3.

You would think that a world renowned resort course would put a few tees in the cart, spring for a water bottle or two ( like every other course in Hawaii), but no. Plus no alcohol on the course, only fair course conditions. Looks like they don’t change pin positions daily either. Sum total is: find somewhere else to play even if it costs more. These bozos don’t seem to care one way or the other.

Still a great course. 40 mph wind made it extra challenging but just about everyone else left the course to us. Clear sailing (yuk yuk).

Overwatering because of extreme heat made course play much longer and harder. Numerous blind shots.

Course was OK, but rental clubs are junk. And they don’t have ladies rentals.

I guess course maintenance is a thing of the past in California unless you’re willing to pay $200. It all seems part of a scheme to destroy fun in the US.

Little living fairway grass, lush rough, rock hard greens. Horrible combination. Way overpriced for conditions.

Played a dozen times over the years. Always in good shape at a reasonable price.

Didn’t realize this was a fairly short course (5300 yards) but it’s in great shape.

Could be Covid related, but this place is in poor condition compared to two years ago. Rough is better than the fairways. Bunkers unmanaged.

But for the two jerks ahead of us who thought it was fine to park their cart next to the greens and play their gangster rap at full blast all day, it was a great outing. Course should have a Marshal.
