Good conditions but soft fairways and casual water

Course was in good condition except for casual water on several holes due to recent rain. Greens were very good.

Good course, really fast greens

Course condition was good, but the greens are way too fast. 3 putted the first 4 greens. With sloped greens and Sunday pin placement it hard to score. This also leads to slow play. Slow up the greens and its a fun but tight track.

Fun course in very good condition

Great course with a good variety of holes. However, they really cater to their local members over out of town golfers. 1:30 pm Ted time that they let a local foursome who were out in front of us so we did not tee off until 1:45. Of course they were slow and there was no way we woul finish before dark. Thankfully they let us thru at hole 6 and we finished at 5:30 just before the mandatory cart return at 545.

Good short course

Course was in good condition. Not long but most holes are lined with homes so you need to hit it straight. Par 5 was only 400 yds long?

Not what I expected in a bad way

First time playing and the course is essentially a pitch and putt with only a few interesting holes. Essentially flat with smallest greens, only worth the $15 I paid to practice my short game with 2 mid Iron he's on the back 9. Starter was pleasant and so were the other golfers.

Great layout, fast greens

Fun course that requires accuracy and some course knowledge. Fast greens require well placed approach shots, with the rub being no pin sheet or pin color to assist with your approach shot. An easy fix for the course, which would great for golfers who don't play there often.

Good Conditions

I play Westridge about once a month and the course is in good condition with the recent rains. Greens were fast and tough to read. Fairways were green, but hard which created some tough lies.

Course is Getting Better

Greens and overall course conditions were good considering the lack of rain. Played black tees since the twosome I joined were single digit HCs and were playing black. Course is much harder from the back, but still fun, pace of play was good, but our tee time was 7:10 am.

Westridge is Still Worth Playing Despite Recent Reviews

I consider Westridge my home course and played Sunday morning to see if recent reviews were correct about the course. Played in 4 hours as we were the 3rd group off. All tee boxes are under repair for over seeding so every hole did have a temporary tee box. Fairways are in decent condition considering that we are in a drought and El Nino has not yet hit So Cal. Most of my lies were good and the greens were fast and tracked well. I paid $52 for a Sunday morning tee time which I feel is a good price. They have a tournament this weekend so I an sure the tee boxes will be ready to go by then.

Great value , good condition

Course was hard to find because it is in a gated community and my GPS did not recognize that, it took the shortest distance. Spent 10 minutes driving around the community until I found the right entrance. Course was in very good condition, facilites and practice area are nice. My playing partner pointed out it was hard to distinguish the greens from the surrounding rough as they were the same color. First time playing it so a few times I thought I was on the green only to find I was in the rough. I would play again.

A great course to challenge your game with some great risk reward holes

I always enjoy playing Hidden Valley as the course is challenging and provides many risk rewards holes. Most of the par 5's are reachable in two if you know the course and where to hit your tee shot. The short par 4 on the front is reachable from the tee if you are willing to risk being in the water if short. The course was in good condition for summer and they have recently cleared a lot of brush around the edges of the holes to most likely promote faster play (#1, #6). Best of all I played for $33 thanks to Golf Now's Deal Caddy.

Good course with a variety of hole layouts

LS North is a fun and fair course with plenty of challenging holes. Course condtion was good for summer as long as you were in the fairway. There is a lot of open space around the holes that is not maintained so if you are errant with a shot you may be playing off dirt or weeds.

Greens were in good shape and most sand traps were in good condition.

Course in good condition recent overseed and fun but not really very difficult

Played Desert and Valley 9's. Desert was better but overall the course was in good shape and played fairly. Course is not difficult as long as you keep you tee shots out of the red rock that lines the outside boundries of the course. Greens had recently been sanded and were a little bumpy. Good value for LV since courses there seem to start at $100.
