Turf was over watered, to the point where my feet sunk into the fairway turf. Ground crew member refused to turn off irrigation until after we teed off. Said the owner told him to do so and he only listens to the owner. Forced to hit through heavy sprinklers which slowed down the drivers, immediately after the crewman shut off the irrigation
The greens were in poor condition, filled with crab grass and very uneven surface.
I have played this course many times, this is the worst experience I have had, I will not be returning. Not to mention they no longer have access to the back nine, had to replay the front nine to get in 18 holes.
Apparently the word is out on this course, only saw three other golfers playng.

While the course is already in excellent condition steps need to be taken to move play along. At one point there were three sets of golfers waiting on the same tee.
Slow players need to be moved along.

Course is enjoyable to play challenging enough, tee boxes need work. The fairway to rough need to be more defined as the rough area is too similar to the fairway.

Overall had a good round, however took 5 hours for the round. Too many very slow golfers ahead of us, tee boxes need work. Core aeration needed, too many bunkers neglected and have filled in with grass.
