Played On 01/30/2020Lots of waiting
After the first 2 holes we had a waiting period of 5 minutes or more per hole. Up ahead about 4 groups......there was a 4-6 person group golfing together causing a backup. After the first 9 holes we called it quits. Took us over 2 hours to do 9 holes!!!
A golf marshal would be nice, as we saw men just slowly walk off the green when 2 groups behind them were obviously waiting.

Each time we went to hit, we had a wait of 10 minutes. At hole 2 there were 18 people waiting to tee off. Upon calling the desk to see if we could do back 9 first, they said that Hole 10 had 8 people waiting. A course should book like a restaurant...... there are only so many available openings. Overbooking slows up everyone! It took us 3 hours to play 9 holes. We quit and the guy at the desk said " this is the NeW Laguna!" That sucks!

This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. With an uncharacteristically full day, we work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and allow our guest the chance to complete their rounds. With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve.
