The course layout is fun and challenging.
There is a great variety of hole layouts, elevations, etc. The green are fast with out blowing you away.

The tee boxes need some work.

We play other courses that cost more but were no way near as much fun.

Sorry we didn’t find the course very interesting.
It was in very good condition but the layout is repetitive and uninteresting

Sorry but we found the course boring and repetitive. Other than the lightning fast greens, the course is repetitive and flat.

Reviews mentioned moderate elevation changes. There is next to none.

There are much better course for less money in Vegas.

We played the Snow course on November 15. It was in nice condition but the layout is a little boring

There is very little challenge (except for the very very fast greens). Also not too much unique about the jokes. It felt very repetitive

For what there is, it’s over priced. Vegas and area has many more entertaining courses at similar or lower prices

A beautiful course with lots of elevation changes, true greens that are fast but wont kill you.

We’ve played this course at least 10 times in the last 7 years. We never get tired of the views. The staff are excellent and the course is in excellent condition

Great course, very challenging so be patient and avoid the hero shots. Staff are great. Best course marshals of all the PV courses. (Including Nuevo Vallarta)

We had an 8am tee off. It took 4.5 hours because they allow 5 player tee offs. Really frustrating when you have to wait before hitting every shot. There was 2 holes open in front of the 5some

We teed off at 8:10am, it took 4hrs 45 minutes to play. They allowed 5 somes out. At one point they were behind the pace by 2 holes. That pretty much backs up the course for the whole day. We’ve played all the courses in the PV area. For an early tee time, this is the worst pace of play we have experienced

El Tigre has improved it’s course condition since I last played it, but still has some work to do on greens, fairways and tee boxes. The sand traps were excellent (best to stay out of them)

There is lots of water, but shouldn’t affect your play.

The course is expensive for what you get. Of the 4 courses we played in PV, we would rank this as fourth

We play this course every year for the last 10 years. The layout is excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive

It’s the number 1 course in the Puerto Vallarta area and we have played them all

We have played this every year for 8 years during our winter vacation. It’s expensive but worth it!

I’ve played this course quite a few times over the last ten years and love it

We have golfed here for 7 years while on vacation. It’s a beautiful location however it is falling into disrepair.

Tee boxes are hacked up, fairways have lots of quack grass, greens were sanded (we know this needs to be done, but on Dec 31st at peak season?) sand traps had endless foot prints in them. It was as if someone was running around in every trap!

Staff are very friendly but there is only so much they can do if management does provide resources. We usually golf 3 or 4 times, we will not. We will try other courses this time

We’ve played them all! By far our favourite is Vista Vallarta - Nicholas followed by Weiskopf (sorry if spelling is off).

The scenery is fantastic. Staff are the best. Our only issue this round was the greens were sanded and we did not know. They were still better than our greens at home at their best

We teed off at 1:30 and finished at 4:40. Fantastic pace of play.

Nice layout. Enough interesting challenges so pay attention to placement. Quite a bit of winter kill on fareways. Greens are fast

We loved the course, people were great.
Sand traps need work, they were extremely hard.
For $160, there are courses of equal or better for significantly less money. Spanish Trails, Revere - both courses to name a few.

We enjoyed the course. It's fairly narrow so leave the driver in the bag. Greens are slower than other courses in PV

Our only complaint is drink cart service is poor. She seemed to want to drive around vs actually serve anyone. We asked her to stop twice and wait until we putted out and she just waved and kept going. We were clear we wanted her to stop.
