Storey Creek Golf Club
Played On 05/26/2018Pace of play issues
Great value
Wonderful layout
Unfortunately we had a tournament of amatures out in front of us some playing as a SIX-SOME !!
Almost 5 hours to finish
Otherwise still one of the best courses in BC to play.
Pueblo El Mirage Golf Club
Played On 02/20/2016Much improved from last year
Starter was great getting us out on time.
Got around in 3 and 1/2 hours
Fairways and greens have much better grass than in past
Keep up the good work
Agave Highlands
Played On 05/16/2013Improving rapidly
We played the course 5 times over the last week. The greens had just been punched and sanded but they were filling in very nicely.
From the back tees and when the wind is blowing the course is very challenging and interesting.
The staff were very accommodating and the GolfNow Hot deal was a great value.!!
Orange Tree Golf & Conference Resort
Played On 5/11/2013Customer care needs attention
Played the twilight special............golf plus steak and fries and was disappointed with both.
At check-in the pro was not at all cordial and even though the first tee was wide open for at least 30 minutes insisted we wait for our official tee time. He also insisted a single had to wait to tee off behind us and a foursome.
Once on the course we found good conditioning but it is a very tedious old style back and forth layout with very forgettable holes.
The steak special is a grilled piece of meat on a thin plate with about 25 french fries........................it was so tough it could not be cut with a regular knife ...
Go to this course only if the price draws you as the golf and food are average and poor and the attitude in the pro shop is the worst as I have ever experienced golfing in greater Phoenix
Sundance Golf Club
Played On 2/11/2013Work on pace of play......otherwise things are getting better
We played Sundance again........noticed improving course conditions overall in spite of clean up from the summer windstorms still in progress.
We played with residents who report often 5 hour rounds is very common and we did take 5 hours to finish.............at least an hour more than needed.
As usual many players should move ahead one tee box to match their skills to the course difficulty and maybe a course marshall or formal pace of play program would help.
