This course is in great condition for this time of year. The negative Nancy reviews are crazy or just don't golf in FL in the summer. The greens are perfect and roll pure. Sure the tee boxes are beat - because this is when golfers are the laziest - summer heat. If everyone filled divots, not only in fairways but tee boxes too - everyone would benefit. I will definitely be back.

Pros: greens are in excellent condition for this time of year / 5 sets of tees to cater to every type of golfer / bathrooms w/ vending machines every 3 or 4 holes

CONS: sat at the gates of the community dailing 9999 for the pro shop to buzz me in for 25 min (dont book earlier than 8am, staff sleeps in) / NO SIGNS DIRECTING YOU TO COURSE = wild easter egg hunt / League/Residents get priority over Public (due to morning league I was sent to #7.. first time at community & course.. if it wasn't for a maintenance man showing me the random boardwalk through a thicket of trees (ALSO WITH NO SIGN) I'd still be driving around) / Residents drive right up on you while swinging on tee and will NEVER let you play through to keep pace / Tees & Fairways are too overgrown.. you're basically in the rough tee to green. Actually sat the ball on the high grass of #10 and drove it off the deck due to not being able to put a tee in the ground deep enough to support the ball... the grass was higher..

If I didnt shoot my best round of my life (77) I'd give lower stars. The value & condition is impressive.

Tee boxes are sand pits & not level at all. Fairways are used and abused with no evidence of repair or existence of maintenance staff. Greens are very fuzzy & slow. Their driving range cart rule is such an incredible inconvenience it's embarrassing. They want to blame it on the golfers when all they need to do is have a starter on 1 and a ranger on the course to monitor for unpaid golfers. Cart girl? Saw her on 1 then never again....

Fun course and great layout. Easy going pace in the morning but CRAZY slow in the afternoons. Only problem, residents driving carts down holes and noisy paths while trying to play. No consideration of others enjoyment.

Course is in horrid conditions. Not the same at all. I understand they had a water problem that poisoned the entire course. However, it doesn't look like they are even trying to bring it back. Just had to see it for myself to believe it.

Arrived 45 min early on a Hot Deal @ 11:45 am. Clubhouse was full and many others on the porch and getting carted up. It was great to see. Range was beat up with little grass though. Juniors class was taking place that took up the entire hitting area at the range. Had to hit from the "short shots only" space near the 1st hole. Not great.
Entire course was saturated and unplayable from some low areas. The gas carts were loud and distracting when in earshot on the tee boxes & greens. Greatest experience was on the greens. They were fast and rolled true despite all the rain recently.

Tee boxes were gouged out and needed to be moved - Fairways had patches of mud - Greens had patches of bare spots - Best advice here is keep it in fairways and know the angles you want to hit your approach and place your drive carefully. Rough is so thick you'll spend all day searching.

Foubd out while checking in for my tee time that they are closing in less than a week. So naturally, you're getting what you would expect. Spotty, weed patched, over grown fairways. Ants, Ants, and more Ants. Watch Your Step!
Surprisingly though their greens were in some of the best shape I've seen there in a long time. Rolled true. Made the round.
The course will be purchased, renovated, and re-opened at an unknown timeline.

No pace of play enforcement at all. Round takes over 4 hrs. Hackers and leagues with no Rangers to enforce pace of play. Greens were fair but fairways are hacked away with divots. Bring range finders cuz most yardage markers are missing or weathered away. Load up before or at the turn cuz there is also NO cart girls or halfway houses.

Great course with all the perks. Was very over seeded and needed mowing in fairways & tee boxes. Some greens were in poor shape as well.
