Coyote Springs Golf Club

My buddies and I decided to give this course a try based on the reviews. Paid $125 each for a 1:30 pm tee time. Got there a 12:30, but no carts were available at that time. We would’ve liked to hit some balls at the range, but it was not walkable. So we sit at the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting for a cart. Finally, 15 minutes before our tee time, we got carts and head to the range. The reason it took so long to get carts was because they offer $15 replays. Folks playing earlier in the day were going for another 18 and weren’t giving up their carts. What’s worse, all those replays were ahead of us and we waited at least 15 minutes to teeoff from the 2nd tee box and each one thereafter. It took 3.5 hours to get through the first 9 holes. Finally, after hole 13 we had enough and left after being on the course for almost 6 hours. The staff should consider delaying $15 replays until after 2 pm when there are regular tee times scheduled from noon to 2 p.m.. One of the worst golfing experiences ever.
Summitpointe Golf Course
Played On 03/17/2019Much Improved
The condition of this course improved immensely from 6 months ago. The course conditions were so bad last year, I stopped playing after 6 holes. After that experience I was reluctant to come back, but I’m glad I did. The course is now fabulous. The greens are pristine and the fairways are in pretty good shape. I just couldn’t believe how much things have improved. The course superintendent deserves a lot of praise for turning this course around. Good job!!
Poplar Creek Golf Course
Played On 02/07/2015Not Bad
This course has a typical layout a parallel fairways, but the mature trees gave it a unique feel. The fairways were in decent shape. I can't say the same for the greens. This course is better than most municipal courses. Easy course to walk so no excuse not to get a little exercise while you play.
Redwood Canyon Golf Course
Played On 08/11/2013Excellent Value!
Where else can you play golf on a well-maintained course in the bay area during the weekend for $35? This course is undoubtedly the best value in the bay area. They do not skimp on the maintenance of the course. The greens were in fine condition and the fairways were decent. I'm surprised this place can offer such a fine golfing experience for only $35. I highly recommend this course!
Thank you for your feedback. It sounds as if we failed you in a big way. We want to try to insure every guest has a positive experience. Please feel free to reach out to me personally and I will make the arrangements if you are coming back to Las Vegas to have you out as my guest. For clarification, we do offer replays but at 2 different rates. If a guest pays $155 in the morning time, he can have a guaranteed replay for an additional $40. In essence, that person has paid $200 to play twice. I assure you, in the month of March when it is very busy, no stand-by replays were on the course before all regular tee times were sent out. Please feel free to reach out to me at your soonest convenience so I can provide you a voucher for a future visit. Again, I sincerely apologize for your day here at Coyote Springs.
