I played this course many times over 20 years before it unfortunately started to be in unplayable conditions. I’m glad to see it has reopened because it’s such a fun yet challenging course. The fairways are in good shape, and many of the cart paths have been repaved which is nice because they have new carts with gps. Some construction is still going on with tee boxes and sand traps, and some greens need a little more time to fully fill in. Overall, it’s a hidden gem that will get back to its old glory in 2024!

It’s a great course for those who like to think from tee to green. You can’t just grab your driver on every par 4-5 and expect to score well. Lots of water and trees keep you in check but it’s fair. Conditions are nice and the staff is friendly. Keep in mind, it’s next to the airport, so you’re going to have low flying planes during your shots. Overall it’s a fun and challenging course that I recommend.

This beautiful mountain course will use every club in your bag. It’s not a bomber’s paradise, nor is it target golf. It’s a nice blend of shots mixed in with nice semi-fast greens. The course is in very nice condition except for the bunkers... those are basically unplayable red clay. The staff was very friendly, and they had a good selection of food/ drink options at the turn. I’ll definitely be returning...

No doubt, this is a shot maker’s course. If you like to grip it and rip it, you better hit it straight. However, if you enjoy playing different types of courses with unique challenges, give this place a try. Most fairways are narrow but the holes are shorter than most courses, so I quickly learned to use fairway woods and irons off the tee. The fairways were in nice shape and the greens were excellent. Newlyweds from NC, we were greeted by very nice staff and neighbors in the area!

A very friendly and welcoming staff is always a great way to start a golf day. The course is very well maintained for the price. It isn't very long but some dog legs, water, and tight fairways keep it challenging. I'll be back soon...

Gorgeous views keep you in awe while playing a challenging course... especially from the back tees. Long off the tee on some holes, but shot shaping on other ones keep you focused. The course is always in great shape and has the best putting green in the area.
