Due to the overseeding time course was in very good conditions, greens were big, fast and with many breaks - quite challenging. Layout of the course is typical resort like, many mini-fairway-valleys on the course as well quite some water hazards that all in all makes round of golf more interesting.

Right away you can see that course is designed differently than much other ones in the region: Gary P signature, with lots of vegetation and flowers, water hazards shaped with big rocks, and there is plenty of water around. Fairways and specially greens were in very good condition for this time of the year, greens were not easy but still plafull

Nice resort golf course, at this time (overseeding) the conditions were not at its best. We started morning round on a cannon start, pace of play was great, greens were not very fast but still in good condition (comparing to fairways). Some holes have fairly narrow fairways.

Nicely designed course, back 9 holes are a bit more challenging than front ones with more water in play. Greens were firm and fast (despite rain an evening before), staff very friendly - they managed to paired me up before my tee time (upon my request). A note: as many courses are over-seeding at time of the year, conditions here were just fantastic.
