Nice course
Nice grass everywhere. Greens were slow but in excellent condition. Layout was diverse, interesting, and scenic. My only hesitation was the sandless traps. Actually there was a bit more sand than many East valley courses, but a couple of more inches would allow real shots rather than picking, which often yields slower play.
