For the money, this is the best course in the area. It's challenging for an intermediate golfer, but not intimidating. And the course is in excellent shape.

The course is in very good shape this year, including the greens. Good for the typical recreational golfer.

The course was in decent condition for early spring. I’d like to return in the summer.

I enjoy OCCC. The fairways and greens were in good condition but the bunkers were hard as a rock. Still a lot of fun, with several very interesting holes.

This course is a great place to play in the East Valley. This is a traditional course rather than desert. They keep the fairways and greens in great shape.

Played the other day and I was VERY disappointed in the condition of the course. The fairway grass was very inconsistent, especially on the back nine. There were lots of bare spots. There were a few greens in decent shape, but most looked like they were affected by a fungus which had not been treated. There are lots of better and nicer places to play in the Phoenix area, for about the same money. The course is definitely showing its age.

I enjoyed playing LVN. It's right off the strip, and it's traditional rather than desert golf. It's fun and challenging, without being intimidating for an average golfer. We were behind a corporate outing, which slowed us down, but they gave us a free lunch so all is forgiven.
