Sun City Country Club

Well worth the money. Decent range but hitting areas were pretty used up; need to move the hitting areas up or back to better grass. Helpful and friendly staff. Fairways were great; greens were firm, tight and quick but ironically showed a LOT of marks...probably due to overwatering making them a bit too soft perhaps. Not a big issue though as most ball marks were repaired.

Very Nice reopened course after 2 years off-grid. As a "work-in-progress" still, they are waiting on the hole by hole signage to come in as it can be hard to know which is #1, etc. Do not trust the scorecard or the stone monuments for distance. A range finder is mandatory. The team there is great!

Had a lot of fun playing this course. Tight spots, but not horrible.

Mountain Brook Golf Club

I always enjoy playing Mountain Brook. It's a good layout and a good value for the money. Not a super challenging course, but there are a few houses to hit here and there if you're having an off-driving day. Very nice and affordable driving range as well. Decent putting greens.
