We have a foursome that plays once a week.at different courses. We play most of the rounds at Sea Oakes as it is the best. The course has been in excellent condition. The value is there.. They have a driving range and a large chipping and putting area..

Unfortunately it was cart paths only. We walked more than 4 miles.The fairways were wet with no forward run of the ball. Plugged once. Those issues took away from playing the course. Would play again in better conditions

The course is in excellent condition. The starter was very informative and friendly. The pot hole bunkers are more than a challenge . Stairs to enter. There are a few holes with double greens and color of flag identifies front greens from back. A little tight at this point if you hit wide of green those hitting to the other green could be hitting close to you. Good value and recommend.
