La Cita Country Club
Played On 01/05/2024Love the layout. Greens were great for January. One hole was shortened from a par 5 to a par 3 due to water. Several Bunkers were closed .
Love the old growth trees. And the cart was attentive and nice. And the rest of the staff was very nice. Would love to see it returned to its former glory.

Fairways were dry and hard. Aprons were dirt and minimal grass. Greens and bunkers were nice. Some tee boxes were very thin. Really thought the layout was gimmicky even from the back tees. No beverage cart and warm drinking fountain water. Noisy construction work going on at the hotel.
All in all unimpressed. For a resort course I expected better.
Excellent staff though!

Greetings were reasonably fast and true. Pace was great. Fairways were good. Bunkers were a little funky and thin but ok. Great staff!

The fairways were great and the greens were very good but still showing signs of recent aeration. Bunkers were a little inconsistent.

River/ Dolphin were in great shape. Especially the greens. Lakes course is walking or cart path only.

The course was in great shape. The greens could be a little faster but they rolled true. Bunkers were fluffy. The driving range was partially closed and putting green was limited to two holes, but all in all a great day.

Greens were very good if a touch slow. Fairways were nice when i vould gind them. Bunkers were consistent. And the staffis consistently great. Pace of play for a Monday was a little slow for my liking but still under 4 hrs.

Course was in great shape for summer. Bunkers need some TLC. Ans the greens were recovering nicely from being punched. Firm and good speed if a little bumpy.

Love this layout. It can be a tough course, especially in the wind.
Tee boxes were rough, but hey, the ball is on sa tee so...
Fairways were patchy. Greens were really slow and seversl had dead spots or repair areas.
All in all it was fun and challenging but I've seen it in better condition. Still, for the Hot Deal rate it was a good deal.

Course was in decent shape. One temp green that we should have been told about prior to booking/ paying. LOTS of road noise.

Lush fairways. Great greens. Tight. Wet and heavy pot bunkers were. A challenge for all. Overall a great course for the money.

For winter season the course was in great shape. For a municipal course it was exceptional . Pace of play was perfect and staff was great!

Not Bad. Nothing exceptional either. Greens were punched and sand was still on top, but they should be great in a few days.
