This was my first time playing this course. What a great time. From the time we pulled in to the time we left everything was top notch. Was pleasently surprised that the rate was cheaper when i arrived as a florida resident. First win of the day. The staff was extremely helpful and very attentive. The course was pretty soft with all the rain lately but only two holes were cart path only. Everything was in great condition. The greens were very receptive to shots and rolled very true and somewhat fast. Could not of asked for a better day with my son and will definitely return again and again. It was very hot but there was water on alot of holes and the beverage cart came around often. can't wait to play the other course when it reopens. If you're a local and haven't play here you are missing out as you can't beat the price !

this was a fun course to play. in great condition. greens were true. nice mix of easy and hard. some of the green on the back nine had very difficult pin placements. green were little hills that made getting close hard. overall had a great time and was glad i played here on vacation.

this is a fantastic course. i could play here all the time if i lived here. really makes you think about your shots. greens rolled fast and true. great layout. can say nothing bad about this one !!!! go play this awesome course if you get a chance.

i used to play here alot but haven't played here in close to two years becasue the course just went way downhill. i am pleasantly surprised to see the course in great shape. will start to play here more often. BEWARE we encountered a large rattlesnake crossing the cart path on 15/16. just be careful looking for lost balls.

2nd time i've played this course. i am from out of town and love to play this course. everytime i am in town i am going to try and play this course. fairways, rough and greens were in great shape. had deer walking across the course in front of us multiple times. i would recommend to anyone to play this course whenever possible. we don't have courses like this in south Florida.

so glad i played here. was about a 45 minute drive but it was well worth it. this course seems to be out in the middle of nowhere but it was easy to get to. loved the layout and it was very scenic. i have nothing bad to say about this course and would play again if i am in the area again. greens true and fast, fairways and rough in great shape

wow, what a great course and a great time. was in town for NCAA baseball tourney. Played with son. We got paired up with two members who were fantastic with local knowledge of course. Greens had recently been punched but still ran true and somewhat fast. Great layout. Golfed very well for first time playing course. Staff was very friendly, cart girl was around often. Played in Tallahassee many times just never at Southwood. i'm kicking myself now knowing what i was missing. Will definitely play here again when in town. Do yourself a favor and play this course, you will not regret it. Go Noles!

this course is worth the drive every time. the price is always great and the course is always in great shape. if i lived closer i would play all the time. highly recommend

Tight course. Course better condition than it has been in years. Lots of trouble to get in.

good little course. almost always busy so you will be waiting a lot. windy most of the time because its right on the ocean. keep the ball in the fairway and you'll be ok
