Played here during visit to my son, who lives in Independence. Course is part of the Great Life group. Windy day, gusts to 40mph. Enjoyable layout, fairways still in winter mode, but playable. Greens had just been aerated, but was advised of this before play. Staff friendly. They are in the process of clearing out a lot brush and reworking sand traps. Liked the layout, and plan on playing again on my next visit.

Was a member back in the late 60's.............trees have grown up! Have not played, for about 45 years. My son is a member thru Great Life. Was only able to get in 14 holes. Mother nature decided to throw a few lightning bolts at us, as well as some heavy rain. Course was in pretty good shape overall. Greens had just been aerated, but we were aware of this. Can't miss the fairways, or you got tree trouble. Once fairways green up, course should be ok. Look forward to playing on my next trip to Blue Springs.

Played the Middle & North courses. Other than the fairways being dormant, course was in excellent condition. Greens were smooth and fairly fast.
Courteous staff, courteous, and professional. Started ahead of tee time and finished 3hrs. and 29 minuets.
Used my Tennessee Passport, paid for cart only,
$12.00 cost. Leon and his staff do a great job

Went by today to check on it. It has been closed and everything has been auctioned. Does not look as if it will open again. Was a nice little fun course to play at one time .........nothing left now!
