Played the middle tees this round. Course was overall in good shape. Greens were smooth, fairways had plenty of grass and rough was not too high. Pace of play was just under 4 hours whicj was great for a course that was full. They do a great job of pairing folks so not a bunch of twosomes and singles. Staff in pro shop, restaurant and on the course were all friendly. Will go back soon.

Unless someone has told you about this course or you live close you probably don't know about it. I drove a little over an hour to get here and it was well worth it. Greens were in great shape and I thought it was a nice layout. I'm originally from WV and the hills on this course made me feel I was back home playing. If you hit the ball in the center of the fairway you can score on this course, but if you start hitting the sides of the fairway you can get some interesting bounces. If you like hills and elevation changes this is a must play. Also very reasonable cost.

Cannot say enough about how much fun we had playing this course. Course was not in the best of condition when we played, but I would go back in a heartbeat. If you're planning a trip to the Cherokee Casino and need a place to play you won't be dissatisfied. Great staff in the pro shop.

This course is always in great shape. Greens were in very good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This course is headed in the right direction under new ownership. Played it for the first time in awhile and myself and playing partner were impressed with how far the course has come. Greens and fairways were both in good condition. Would definitely go back and play again. A good comeback. Keep it up guys.

Everything about this track is solid. Greens were in great shape. Never had to think about bumping the ball in the fairway. Good layout, nice par 3's. Course was packed but moved right along. All staff (pro shop, cart guys, starter, ranger, grill) were all friendly. Played from the blue tees. Yardage is almost 6000 but probably plays closer to 6200. Will definitely go back.

This course is convenient enough off of I20. For a $30 or less course it's a good course. It's a decent layout, has some challenging holes(especially the Par 4 17th). Play it from the back tees and it will give you everything you want. During the summer when everything is green it's a nice track. As with most courses during the winter months with no over-seeding and a lot of rain you better be able to play off tight lies and hit crisp shots. Staff in pro shop are great.

Have played this course several times and I always enjoy it. Played Garnet to Black. Only negative, as with most courses in the Columbia area this time of year, is no over-seeding.

Play this couse every month or so and considering it was August in the South, the bent grass greens were super. We had the first tee time so we flew around. It was not only the greens that were in great shape. The fairways were super. We played the gold tees (6500-6600) this time and considering the rain we have been having it was plenty long enough for me. Staff was very friendly at check-in, at the turn and the marshall. Also like that they furnish bottled water every so many holes.

Course was in good shape. Need to play from Blues or Golds. Shot makers course. Hit the driver 3 or 4 times. Really liked the layout. Will go back and play again. Friendly staff from check-in to cart girl, ranger and folks at the turn.
