The month of May had unusually high amounts of rain and this may be a big factor in the condition of the bunkers. As an estimate I would say that about half were without sand, down to the drainage tiles. Okay, so just stay our of the bunkers, right? The only issue I had of this was we were not made aware of this before we booked. Perhaps because we didn't book directly with the course.
Considering all of the rain, and with the exception of the above, the course was in quite good condition.
This track is always challenging and deceptively hilly, especially on the back 9.
Unless you have young legs, I do recommend a cart.

Nicely maintained. Wide friendly landing zones but often times you must pick your club to take advantage of this. A little technical. The many tees will challenge most golfers.
Very friendly for those who don't hit far as the red tees take most of the hazards out of play.
