This is a good test
Course is in good shape and a good test of your skills. Lots of water in play so you need to be accurate. Greens are in good shape.

I have seen the course in better shape
I have played here on many occasions. I have not seen the course in this condition in the past. The greens were extremely slow and bumpy and the fairways had some bare spots.
