The condition of the course has deteriorated over the years. Weeds and crabgrass grow on the fairways and the greens are in poor condition. It is less expense than other courses in the area but still overpriced.

The fairways are somewhat improved but the greens are in poor condition. Putting was difficult - grass was sparse and bumpy. Cart paths were bumpy and many areas had deep holes.

Course has improved but still needs work - still weeds on the fairways and the greens are bumpy and have bare spots. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Good value (with Golfnow prices).

Course is beautiful and in great shape. Only complaint is that sand in bunkers was too hard. Definitely want to play the course again. GolfNow rate was excellent
