I think for the money I spent there are other courses in the Bay Area I would prefer to play at. The property has some nice amenities (driving range, full restaurant/bar), but the course is in just average shape, pace of play can get really slowed down on the back 9.

My friends and I were looking to play somewhere in the Monterey area and glad we decided to play Bayonet. Its a truly challenging course that is well maintained and landscaped. We all had such a great time that we are already planning a future visit to the course. I would highly recommend this course for any golfer.

Should have known better as I've played the course for years, but the latest experience proved this is not a course I will choose to play moving forward. The pace of play is by far the slowest of any course I play in the Bay Area. Grill at the turn closed (again). Course conditions were rough and in some places unplayable.

This is a fun course for most golf types. On the weekends the pace of play may be on the slow side but the course plays fair and weather is usually excellent. The value is really good for the cost of playing and has a great bar for the post round beverages.

First time playing at PGA West, was an amazing experience. Would recommend this course to players of all types, you will not be disappointed

Played the North Course early morning, layout was great. Pace of play was ideal and really enjoyed my round. Would recommend to anyone playing in the area

First time playing in the desert. Found this club, loved the experience. Played fast and fair, enjoyed my experience and look forward to playing there again.

The greens aren’t good but this course is a city classic. Always a fun round and nothing can beat the view from 17.
