I hope the next owners know how to maintain a golf course. CBIGG obviously is only in the golf business to squeeze the very last cent of profits from their golf courses.

Course was OK, greens were a little "rough" and bumpy, but very quick. I didn't like the amount of water you were required to play around and over.
El Conquistador Golf & Tennis - Conquistador Course

We played El Conquistador for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the experience. The course was in near perfect condition and the staff was great at every level.
The Club at Starr Pass - Rattler/Coyote

We played Starr Pass (Coyote - Rattler) October 17th. The course was in great condition and had recently been over seeded and the fairways were perfect. Unfortunately that also meant it was "cart paths only". That made for a longer than normal round (5 hours +). This was the result of a very hilly course and players in front of us who didn't seem concerned with Pace of Play.

The new courses are fantastic. The City of Allen has really shown that a Muni Course can be as good or better as any other public course!!

Nice course for all level of players, but is especially nice for the novice golfer.
