Primm Valley Golf Club - Desert Course

We really enjoyed the course. Driving range and a couple waters included was nice.
I feel bad for my rating because the greens were rough and, I Have no idea about the heat in the desert. It must me tough to maintain them. Lots of rough spots was all.
Everything else was great including the scenery.

Everything was great. My only issue was the sand off the fairways (Not bunkers) were very rocky so we would not hit out of them.

I did not realize how many houses come into play. Yes, I have a 16 handicap but, I was afraid to use a driver or a 3 wood for most of the game to avoid doing damage.
I also think the summer sun has beat the course down bad. Lots of dirt where grass once was.
Not a very picture worthy course either. Trees, shrubs and landscape need some attention!!

Yes there are houses lining many of the fairways. But even the fences of the backyards are at least 40-50 yards from the middle of most all of the fairways. So you have to be really wild with your drives and 3-woods to put any of the houses in play. It is the golfer - not the course.
Indian Springs Metropark Golf Course

This is a nice course to play. No houses to contend with and, the staff was very accommodating.
Me and, my gang will be back for more golf.
The Ocean Course at Hokuala
Played On 05/31/2018This is an excellent challenge and the views are spectacular. A must do if you want to golf the island. The staff is very layed back.
I would have bought more soft drinks but, the prices are too high
Poipu Bay Golf Course

I have played this course several times. It is super fun when the wind is not blowing. (Which is almost never.)
A must golf if you flew to the island. I still think they should lower the prices and fill the course up so the staff would be busy but I am not a business owner. Last 4 holes are legendary.
