I played Sportman's Golf Course more times than I can remember. I purchased a lot of Group Golfer's coupons and was excited to see Sportman's participating. Win win for me and them. I'll come back more and they will have my business. The coupon I used clearly states one-time use, one day only for golf and golf range. I'm a 56 year old male who would rather not go to the driving range before I go golfing understandably. Last week as I attempted to play Sportman's, I was sad to know that they weren't opened, so I rescheduled for today. With coupons in hand and clubs at the ready, into the Pro Shop I go for an 11:00 tee time. When I handed my Group Golfer coupons to the clerk and explained to the clerk that I would prefer to NOT go to the driving range and would prefer a token for the driving range to return another day, he coldly explained that this is a one day coupon clearly stated on the coupon. With so many other golf courses for people to spend their money at, I think customer service is going to keep customers rather than offend them for visiting your golf course. I paid for coupons on good-faith and the services could have been met. Understandably, Sportman's doesn' t understand customer service. I won't be back.
