Greens are not in good shape, more dirt than grass on some holes. Like most community development courses, this one seems to be short of help. Could clean up the pine cones and assorted debris in the roughs.

Slow play,!!!! got in a 3 some. took almost 3 hours to finish 9 holes. started on the back but had to wait so long on hole 11. I quit and left. Not a bad course but
tee times are too close together.Holes 4 and 5 had 6 groups on them when we got to the box. Didn't have enough carts,had to wait for it too.

course has very nice looking greens but extremely bumpy . putts bounced and didn't roll true. Played tough enough, for the money a great value.

Tough playing conditions. Windy ,Light rain off and on for 9 holes. Bunker after bunker makes it tough. Greens were so wet made it tough to putt on some slow greens. You can tell this is a great course, just unfortunate for me and my partner to play under some tough conditions. Driving range was nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were treated very well !
