This was our first time playing the north course. It is of moderate difficulty, and the par-3 holes are pretty fun. The course is in good shape for this time of the year, and as expected in the desert it was dusty. Overall both courses at Talking Stick are great pretty much anytime of the year, and a fair price is charged. Pace of play is good, however, we had a group behind us that got a bit pushy and hit at us once when we were walking off the green on a par-3. I would like to see a Marshall out on the course to keep the music volume played by players "in check", as I am not a fan of music on the golf course, and it was extremely loud from several groups. Overall, we will be back again to Talking Stick for many more rounds.

As usual, course was very fun to play. My only concern on this date was that the first four tee boxes were under repair, and you were required to play from the red tee boxes.- not a huge deal, but takes some fun out of the front nine. Course staff is excellent, and Marshall did a good job moving people along - only two short delays.

This course is fun to play during the week, where the pace of play is good. Weekend pace of play is slow. Course is in decent shape for the price. Anyway, always a fun place to play.

This was my first time playing this course. Course was in very good condition. Pace of play is excellent, and the Marshall on the course is very much appreciated. Some of the greens are elevated, which creates a welcome challenge. Starters, club/cart guys very friendly and helpful. Practice range is decent. Overall, I liked it very much and we will be back.

This is a nice course. It is not too difficult and I consider it a great place to work on aspects of your game. The pace of play is here is way to slow. It is a crowded place, but they do the best they can.

This is a nice course. The layout is not difficult, but some holes/fairways are in close proximity of each other, so more often than other courses KEEP YOUR EARS OPEN to hear FORE!!!! In our round we had approximately 8 balls land right at us, or come by us. The staff is friendly, and the starter explained the course to our foursome before heading to the first tee. The pace of play here was EXTREMELY slow - five hours, and three of our foursome left after the 16th hole due to darkness. We waited on every single hole for at least one group, but more often than not, two groups on the tee box. We will be back, as the course is close to home and fun to play.

Staff extremely and friendly. Range was excellent, and a range master/starter was extremely helpful. 1st tee starter very helpful. Course was in great shape and challenging. We will be back!

Pulling no punches here....you get what you pay for - in a good way! It is a 9 hole executive course, and it is not too hard. The blue tees offer a bit of challenge, which is fun.. The price is right! The staff is excellent and the people wwhplay here are friendly and here to have a good time. I love this course!

We heard very good things about this course - and they were true. A moderate difficulty course in very good shape with excellent views. Excellent restaurant with both food and price. Staff was extremely friendly, but a bit overwhelmed as they were VERY behind - we teed off approximately 40 minutes after our 1:15 p.m. tee time. I understand walking is traditional, but there are too many walkers on this course who slow the pace of play on every hole. We were asked to leave the course on the 17th tee (allowed to play that hole). We could have finished our round in allotted time if pace of play was faster. Reason given was not because of darkness, but that they wanted the carts back at the barn. No starter at first tee and no direction from the staff as to pairings with other groups. They said they were behind due to "not enough carts" and "the morning groups played really slow." One Marshall for two courses - nice guy, and not his fault staff did not regulate tee times/pairings. We WILL BE BACK - it is too nice of a course to not give another try.

This course was in average condition. They just re-seeded, which was ok, but the greens were extremely long, almost like putting on a tee box. The course may have overbooked, as they were almost an hour behind due to non-working carts (by their own admission). Too many walkers mixed in at a time when they were short carts. We teed off about 50 minutes behind our scheduled reservation tee time. No starter or Marshall on the course - they need both.

This course is not tough, but fun to play. The pace is fine, as it is a course to play when you want to relax and practice your short game. Staff is friendly. Priced right.
