Have played here several times, although it had been a while since the last time here. Pace of play was good, mainly because the course was not that busy. The course was muddy and had standing water in a number of areas (including some bunkers) also the rough was fairly high (4-6 inches). The greens were in rough shape mainly due to players not repairing their ball marks. I considered it a good value because it's $21 to work on your approach game (11 par 3's). Overall its a well used course (with a lot of beginner / less experienced golfers) that needs a littleTLC and good weather to improve conditions. The Beach Hut Deli located at the course is a good place to get a bite to eat and or beer after your round.

Great track. Very challenging but fair. Great condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely play again in the near future.

I play Cordova about six times a year and I was surprised how good the overall condition of the course was. The fairways were green and firm, the greens were in good shape although a little slow. Pace of play was very good with no waiting the entire round.

Course layout was good. Course conditions were fair at best. The tee boxes were either spotty for grass or overgrown. In the fairways, you couldn’t tell where the fairway ended vs where the first cut began. The greens were extremely bumpy with weeds and unrepaired ball marks. The bunkers were in great shape, but had no rakes in them. Overall the course was playable and enjoyable if you’re just looking to work on your game and not concerned with scoring. Pace of play was good for a muni course. The gas powered cart was a new experience for me and a pleasant one at that. With a little greens keeping TLC this course would be very nice. The value is not bad if you’re walking, but $40 (cash) for a cart is a little stiff. Lastly the staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful day made this tough course slightly more enjoyable. Bring plenty of golf balls. Course was in great shape and pace of play was good. Will play here again.

Pace of play was better than the last time I played this course. The greens were slow , but in decent shape. Overall a good course to keep your game sharp.

Played our round in 3 1/2 hours. It was hot so the course was sparsely populated. The course was in good shape although a couple of greens had quite a few ball marks. This is a good open fairway course. Very enjoyable.

Although the fairways were dormant Bermuda grass (and therefore browned out) the greens were in great shape. The course was challenging but fun.
