Great condition
Nice layout in north Scottsdale..forgiving fairways/plenty of landing areas...no real forced carries...nice greens ...some deep bunkers that could use easier entry and exit points or ladders...only one silly pin placement in the 18...enjoyable outing

Played in 4 hours...nice layout...good warm up facilities...only need players to fix ball mark on greens for this to be excellent
