The course has possibilities but the condition of some of the fairways is horrendous! The bunkers are hardpan, and the greens could use some tlc. The staff is friendly but obviously it must be a financial concern they can't overcome to overhaul the course. I only play here when I can get a "hot deal" which for me is a couple of dollars more than a large bucket of range balls at some courses.
