Great course in great shape....loved it played all 3 nines....will be back again....great staff

The course is a short course that requires shot placement. The greens had been recently punched and there was an over abundance of sand on them. That's to be expected this time of the year but a significant price reduction would have been appropriate since there was literally no chance of getting any good roll. The condition on the rest of the course was not that good. The second cut of rough around the greens and along the water ways was so unkempt that if your ball went into it there was absolutely no chance of finding it. The second cut of rough was so tall that it appears it hadn't been mowed or maintained for a very long time. The traps / bunkers haven't been maintained for sometime. Weeds were growing in them and they hadn't been raked in sometime. I've played this course before but the maintenance of the course has really gone down.
