Great time at Viera

It was a great May Morning, The weather was cloudy, in the 70s and low to no humidity. The course was well groomed and dry enough to get some roll.
All the staff I met where helpful and friendly. We Played in 3 and a half hours with a 7:45AM T-Time at a busy time of the day.. Thank you, everyone at Viera Golf.

Course has gone down hill in last 3 yrs

Management put all the money into fancy club house and have not kept course in good condition for three years. The layout is good and can be challenging. You never see a ranger hence, if you book between 8 to 11 AM the course is continually slow play.. The only reason I play there is their discounted seasonal rate card. I may not even renew that for Summer of 2016.

One of tne Melbourne Area"s "Best Kept Secrets"

This is a Beautiful old Florida well maintained course.
It blends in nicely with nature. First Impressions are important and Aquarina has a lot of them. You can tell everyone enjoys working there. They smile, are helpful & provide excellent service. I was especially impressed with the pro-shop, starter, and the first class restaurant operation.
I was a single and joined another single on the 6th hole. The course has natural wetlands, water & wildlife. Every thing blends into this with the layout of the golf course. Choose your shots & ball placement. Play your limitations and you will truly enjoy your game. The Birds & nature are an added attraction. There also a few elevated T-Boxes that adds to the enjoyment & back to nature feeling.
We caught up to foursome players on the 10th hole. Play still moved along well. We played the white tees at 3981 yards. Next time I plan to Play the 4313 yard blue tees. Being a shorter (no Par 5) course we played in an acceptable 3 hours.
I had an excellent lunch, reasonably priced and took part in the all day happy hour. The restaurant is a excellent 4 star operation. If I lived locally, it would become one of my regular favorites.
I highly recommend Aquarina Country Club & Restaurant. I will Be Back.

will not Play after 10AM. course has too much slow play.

Course has nice layout in fair to good condition. They should weed out the slow play groups. My 3some continually waited for slow play/ clueless golfers. We played 13 holes in four hours and walked off the course. It is definitely slow play when you have 3 groups on most holes.
If the course is going to cater to slow play golfers the should spread their t-times to 20 minutes apart.

Nice course & Good Value

I play this course about three times a month during the spring summer &fall. In the winter season I usually play with a group once a week.
The staff is great. The course is well maintained, with a few rough spots that are improving.
I believe this is one of the best values in the Melbourne/Titusville area.

This well maintained course has wider fairways or landing areas. The marsh areas and water hazards will effect your play . Play your limitations.

Choose your clubs, use the center of the fairways, have fun & enjoy the surroundings. The 10/15 yard edges of the fairways tend to slope towards out of bounds or water areas.
Play the course conservative and within your limitations. The course is more friendly if you remain in control. For the great gunners that go for it..... the course will start to play real hard and you will loose more than your share of balls.
This is a course you should come back and play. It take 2 or 3 times to settle down and get comfortable. The course is challenging, but once you get adjusted to it...You will enjoy it.

Course is relative easy to play with wider fairways or landing areas. You have to hook or slice very bad to get in trouble.

I found the course very attractive. The River course has many river views with wider fairways. If you have a bad hook you can be in the Bannana River. The Back 9 is usually played on Dolfin it circles inside with some riverviews and amoung man made ponds. It has wider fairways & if you plan your shots, you usually can avoid the water hazards. The Lakes course is another Back 9 usually reserved for those only playing 9 holes. It is flat and wide with Lake/Pond views that very seldom effects your play.

good value if you use website prices. Plan each shot &have fun.

This is an older more mature course in the area, with a lot of water. The first few times you play here watch the trees, traps,&water. Play your limitations. Hooks or slices will cost you on this course. If you can play and survive here your game will be better. The course will teach you to hit straighter and plan each shot. I live in the area and play here at least once a week.

Wide fairways with tricky bunkers and a few wellplaced water hazards

Newest course inTitusville, North brevard county. Course is challanging the first time you play it. Par 3's are narrow and you need to pick the correct distance club you can hit acurately.

Friendly Staff,Hilly course, relitively well maintained, good golf

pro shop and sandwich shop had good service. we used the sandwich menu board to callin from the 9th tee. It was 1pm on a Sunday afternoon our order was ready and tastey at the turn. the course is hilly, narrow in places and has a variety of challanges. This was the first time I played th course, so I played conservitively and used my hybred 2,4,& 5 irons a lot. This is not a course for novices. Play time ran close to 41/2 hrs on a Sunday because novices where playing below their ability. I would play the course again.

An older, Public , well maintained course with a very friendly accomodating staff.

I had a 7am T-time. we where the 2nd group off the tee, allowing us to play in just over three hours. The well maintained fairways are a bit wider, thus more forgiving. Most of the greens have a break of more than an inch or two and are in relatively good condition for a muncipal course. There are a few water hazards. If you play your limitations, you can get arround or over them.
This is a walkable 18 hole course. In fact the 1st group off the tee at 6:52 was a walking 3some, playing ready golf and did not hold us up. I found with a acceptable drive using a 3 Wood or Hybred Iron, I would use one more Hybred shot and then my short game to the greens. The course was enjoyable to play.

Viera East Golf Course

This course offers a lot of options for every skill level. It has a super pro shop and grounds staff. Fairways are varied some narrower than others. It is a mature course, with sand traps, vegitation, and water to advoid. If you are a novice or intermediate try to play your limitations and you will really enjoy the course. Experianced golfers can be challanged when they play past their limitations.

I really like the deversification and variety of golf you get on a 18 hole round of golf at Viera East.
