Hopewell Valley Golf & Country Club
Played On 05/04/2022Poorly maintained
The course is undergoing much refurbishment so there was a lot of torn up earth all around. The cart paths are far from the fairways and greens so if it’s cart path only be prepared to do a lot of walking. On the day we played the roughs around the green were super high and very difficult to chip from. Even the second cut along the fairways were so high that it was difficult to find your ball. Don’t know if this is normal or due to the wet conditions.
The Abington Club

Here’s a list of things that need improvement:
Tee boxes
Fairways
Sand traps
Greens
Cart paths
And everything else

Decent layout. Nice greens. Horrible cart paths. Great bar and lounge area.
Jeffersonville Golf Club
Played On 03/29/2021May try again
Booked on GOLFNOW for $35.00 including cart. When we arrived we were told no carts. Since we traveled about an hour we accepted no cart for $25.00 including pull carts.
The course is extremely difficult to walk, especially for seniors like us. I was so exhausted halfway through that I did not enjoy the rest of the holes.

Rancocas Golf Club
Played On 11/20/2020Better than before
Course was in pretty good shape, especially the greens. Traps need sand and need raking. Slow play on a beautiful day.

Princeton Country Club
Played On 10/07/2020Could be better
Decent layout though kind of boring. Back nine was sloppy wet, especially 17. Lot of fall leaves hindered finding errant balls.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars, but we hope you'll give us another try in the near future. Thanks for choosing Princeton Country Club.
Rancocas Golf Club
Played On 08/14/2020So So
I’ve played this course many times. This time the course conditions were slightly worse. Many of the fairways were wet and sloppy with standing water. The bunkers were growing weeds.
Thank you for reviewing the course. Let us first start by apologizing for the poor experience you had during your visit. The current condition is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. We are currently identifying a disease and a solution for it. Please give us another chance in the future as we know we will have great conditions again. Thank you for playing Rancocas Golf Club. We hope to see you again soon.
World Tour Golf Links
Played On 02/04/2019Tough for first timers
Beautiful well groomed course with lots of water. If it’s your first time playing be prepared to lose a lot of balls since much of the water cannot be seen from the tee box or fairways.
Cream Ridge Golf Club
Played On 01/04/2019Disappointed
Course is in poor condition. One hole was completely closed. One tee box was closed. Four greens were unplayable. Very wet and sloppy conditions. Carts were dirty. Course should have been closed or at least golfers should have been informed about conditions before booking.
River Oaks Golf Club
Played On 01/10/2018Good for duffers
River Oaks is a friendly course with 27 holes. The clientele is mainly senior men and women who are probably not the best golfers. The pace of play was very good. Course conditions were fine the greens were nice and perfect speed.
John F. Byrne Golf Course
Played On 09/07/2017Better than before
Although this is an inexpensive city owned course that we only play when there are no better options, this time I found the greens immaculate. The fringes and aprons had crabgrass, the roughs had large area's of bare spots. The cart paths will jar your teeth loose.
Bunker Hill Golf Course
Played On 08/31/2017Pleasantly pleased
Nice course with beautiful vistas. Wide open fairways. Went on a Thursday afternoon and the course was quite. Foursome finished round in 4 hours. Nice electric carts. Not much of a clubhouse. Not a place to get a beer after round.
Wachesaw Plantation East
Played On 02/17/2017Sirbuz
Friendly staff. Nice clubhouse. The course meanders through a golf course community. Long rides between holes. Long, 6300 yds from whites, 130 slope. One of my favorites on the Grand Strand.
Springfield Golf Center

Showed up early for a 1:30 tee time. The place was empty, but we had to wait until exactly 1:30 before being allowed to tee off. The course was muddy after a rain the night before. Greens are not good. After the round we wanted to get a beer at the bar, but were told that we had to have a card of some sort which takes 48 hours to get.
Indigo Creek Golf Club
Played On 11/10/2016Decent for Mrytle Beach
This was the third time that I played Indigo Creek. The first two times I played the front nine only. Those two times were after wet weather when the course becomes soft and sloppy. This time it was dry and the course was in good condition. I was hooked up with three strangers who wanted to play the gold tees. From the gold tees a drive of 200+ yards will put you through the fairway on doglegs or into fairway bunkers if you do not hit the ball down the middle. The greens and tee boxes were in good shape. The parking lot is rough and the clubhouse is very casual. This is a friendly course where a single golfer can hook up with others.
Middletown Country Club
Played On 09/28/2016Putting Nightmare
The greens at Middletown are rock hard and superfast. Unless your a scratch golfer don't expect chips up onto greens to stay on. Some of the par fours are very long for the average golfer.
While I agree that 15 and 16 are big holes, long and short par 4 holes are very typical of old style course design like Middletown.
