No carts to parking lot. Notified it was cart path only at the time of check in. However clerk gave us a handicap flag that allowed 90degree. Two guys with us lost 2 balls on the first tee and probably took 10 strokes or more. Called from desk who sent out the Marshall and allowed us to separate and go ahead. Layout was challenging. Greens needed mowing. Range mats in need of replacement. So overall I’d say the course needs some TLC.

Fantastic golf course that has most challenging hole layouts. Outstanding condition of the course. Greens difficult to read. Friendly and helpful staff. The course is next to the mountains which provides for amazing views. A must play course in LaQuinta!

What a gem! Difficult course; trees, lots of bunkers added that seem to jump up and grab your golf ball, greens large but rock hard so play one club higher as if you don't your ball will roll off of the green. Lots of challenging holes that will make you want to return and play at Poppy again!
