Fairways and greens are growing in well, and get better every time I play the course. Enjoyable round and fun layout. Plenty of trees lining the fairways to keep you occupied. Would recommend.

I think Rio Pinar is a bit overpriced for the quality, however I enjoy the course and would recommend. Fairways were pretty dry and sandy in many places. and greens were spotty on every hole. Layout is fun though with plenty of trees lining the fairways. Practice facilities are great.

Enjoyed playing here. Fairways and greens a bit dry but course was kept well. Facilities and staff were nice.

Great course for the price. I always enjoy my rounds here. Friendly staff and course is kept in great condition. Pace of play was good too.
Timacuan Golf Club

Course was not worth the $50 twilight rate I paid. It was manicured well, but the fairways and greens were bone dry and sandy. Many parts of the greens were carved out with sand and fertilizer. Locals behind us broke their assigned group and ruined pace of play, until eventually skipping us on the 13 just to run into the group ahead of us. Otherwise the carts had GPS and were nice, as was the clubhouse, restaurant, and staff. Would play again if rates were lowered.

Awesome course. Wide fairways and huge hills. A lot of blind shots when teeing off and approaching the green. Majority of greens were in great shape, a couple were patchy in places, but all in all course was in excellent shape. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend.
Fairways Country Club

Tight fairways with densely packed houses surrounding the entire front 9, and most of the back 9. Do not play here if you battle a slice! If you are even the slightest bit inaccurate off the tee you WILL hit a house!
Course and greens were in good condition, and was a good value for the fee.
