Very short par 3 course in a retirement community. Very well maintained. Great play for the money.

We have a ton of golf courses to choose from in Phoenix. If you can make the drive, play this course. It is in my opinion by a large margin the nicest course. Lots of challenges, eleveation changes, and forced carries. The course is also in pristine condition year round.

You can play golf in Phoenix for cheap in the summer pretty much anywhere. The layout of the course is great. However the course is a terrible condition. Other than the greens. Everything was consierbly below average. I will not be back. HUGE SANDY AREAS IN THE MIDDLE OF ALMOST EVERY FAIRWAY

Here's the skinny. There was a tournament on this day. The course is great. Both courses here are great. I play here every time I visit Vegas. This round on 5/5 was the worst service I've ever had on a course.

issues:
1) no one at bag drop. really not a big deal.
2) no carts available leaving us standing around wondering what to do since there wasn't even a bag drop attendant. I eventually had to become vocally angry to get a cart
3) 45 minutes behind on the tee times.
4) The entire kitchen is closed (couldn't even get hot dogs... IT'S FRIDAY AT NOON!!!)
5) Standing Water on more than one green. (it's 90 Degrees and between 1-3 pm... really guys?!!?)
6) around 50% of the flag sticks did not have Flags on them. Non issue for me, my father however couldn't see them.
7) We saw the cart girl One time on the 9th hole...

I don't usually write poor reviews, but this was pretty exceptionally bad. Get better Revere Club.

Course was well maintained. Pace of play was pretty awful. Had a great round, cant beat the price. I will be back.

Stopped to play here on my way into Vegas. Had a 4PM Round and got all the way around. Great value for the money. I will be back to play again.

This is the 2nd time I have played this course. Definitely a challenging course. Love the Elevation changes. Green were true. Fairways are sometimes a challenge to hit, so bring some extra balls. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is a few areas were under repair. I'm sure this is a 5 star course in the winter! Great place to stop and play if you are on the way to Vegas from Phoenix!

I have golfed almost every golf course in Phoenix. I especially like to play in the summer because the rates are low. The course is an unbelievably great shape for the summertime. Make sure you stay out of the tall grass. Great course for the money.

Played in mid April. 04/12 to be exact. Greens were in terrible shape, fairways were not much better. First time i had ever played here. When i arrived, there was no one to grab my clubs. No big deal, i walk into the proshop and pay. Walk out of the proshop, there is STILL no one there. So i have to walk all the way back into the proshop to figure out where to even find the range. Glad i didn't pay more than $25 to play. I wouldn't play there again for free.
