Starr Pass is a true example of desert golf. Conditions were very nice for middle of the summer. Make sure you play from the correct tees, will make the day much more rewarding.
Quarry Pines Golf Club
Played On 04/21/2018Slowest 18 Holes Ever
Course is in good shape. Slowest 18 holes I have every played in my life. From #4 to #18 we were waiting 2 groups deep on every hole. Saw a ranger on #8 trying to help, but it was worse on the back nine. Called the clubhouse to see if they could help the pace of play and basically ignored us. A member from our group walked off the course and I saw at least 3 or 4 other carts leave.
Thank you for choosing to play Quarry Pines Golf Club. I apologize for the pace of play during your round as well as getting the impression that we ignored your concern. As you mentioned in your post, we did have a ranger on the course who had to ask multiple groups to skip holes due to falling behind throughout the day. We try to maintain a pace of play which meets all players expectations.
