The greens and fairways were covered in fungus

The course is visually beautiful and sets up very well for your eyes. I played here a couple of years ago and it was in great shape and did not cost nearly as much. The principle problem was the fungus on the fairways and on the greens - - all 18. The roll on the greens was not smooth. Even if you hit your drive down the middle, it was possible that your ball would roll into the fungus which created areas that looked like unfilled divots. They did not give the pin placements even though the flags were the same color. No course guide provided either. It was really disappointing given the cost. I am very surprised that they did not tell me about the condition when I booked my tee time or that they charged me this much. Do not waste your money. I will not come back and it is too bad because it is a beautifully designed course.

Fantastic Day of Golf

Absolutely loved this course. Tremendous layout, great risk reward holes. Greens were great - fast but not too hard. Pace of play was exceptional 18 holes in under 3 hours for a twosome.

Course Is Awesome

What a hidden gem that not many people know about, if you have the time this is a must play. Although it is a private course, they do allow four outside guest groups per day to play. Driving range and putting/chipping green were awesome and had a lot of space to practice. Lots of water on the course which makes it challenging. Awesome views of the valley from just about every hole. Course was in amazing shape from tee to green. Greens were a tad bit slow but some of the best rolling greens I have ever played. Restaurant is no longer owned by the resort and their service was awful. We couldn't find anyone to make a mixed drink before we started and we only saw the cart girl once. Something needs to be some about that. Other than the restaurant issues this course is awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
