course is in great condition. 18 holes in under 4 hours. And we get to support local business. Well worth it, will be back!
Basic older course with side by side fairways for the most part with many bunkers. Watch for the canals that come into play.Very fast greens with undulations.
We played after a couple of days of rain. The course was wet but playable. No standing water issues. The ground was wet but not a serious impediment.
Played the course twice this week. Pace of play was very good, conditions are good although very wet, greens are very good although a little small, course was very wet so carts on paths only and bunkers were wet. Good value. Very enjoyable, will play again.
Great course, can’t get into too much trouble. Some holes you need to make a decision to lay up or go for it over the canals.
Would definitely play again
We really enjoyed playing this course, very friendly staff started our round off on a very positive note. Course is in beautiful shape, and nice wide fairways are great for my skill level. I think every green is flanked by a pair of sand traps, so hubby got a bunch of practice on sand shots. We would definitely play here again.
This course was fun and in great shape. There was sand in the traps! Greens would hold and would roll nicely. The snack bar on 9 was really nice. We would definitely return.
First few holes are a bit gimmicky the green speed were inconsistent
I don’t care for courses that have fairways running beside each other and 18 holes are stuffed where 9 would be more appropriate. Capone’s house is pretty cool but I won’t go back
U can do better
Not a bad course but nothing special here either. Solid greens and fairways but that’s where it ends. No Mountain View’s to be had here. Biggest course complaint was the random course canal system. 3 times in the round I struck the ball soundly and in the fairway only to see an inexplicable splash. If u don’t know where they are u just don’t see them coming,
Much better shape
Very pleased with the improvement this year from years past. The greens where in good shape a little slower than than some other coarse but the fairways and roughs where all in good shape
4 1/2 hours playing time mid week in the afternoon
Overall the course was a good shape despite all the rain the night before. The biggest issue was the 20 minute late start, then there was a group slowing everything down that was at one point 3 holes behind. Finally after 14 holes the ranger came out to address the issue which helped, but would have been nice if they were out sooner.
